Contract almost up -- what next?

I'm just wondering what will happen on December 19 when my contract is up. Will I keep all the same services and suddenly get a huge bill? My package is triple-play with a hd/dvr. Will I at least still be bundled.

I keep looking at other offers and they all seem to be for new customers -- I'll be a returning customer.

Basically, I'd just like to have an idea of what my options are before I get on the phone with Verizon.
