As of a few weeks ago my VZ set-top boxes no longer show up in my FIOS TV Central account. When I go to "My set-top boxes" none are listed. When I hit the "refresh set top box list" it does nothing.
When I got to Settings > Remote DVR Access > Web Access on my DVR, I see that it is enabled but the LoginID has changed to an account name that I've never seen before.
Anybody else seen this before? How do I get my online account relinked with my DVR so that I can remotely manage it again?
