Service keeps crashing

Hi. Our internet service keeps going offline. I had to reset the router 4 times yesterday. It comes back up after resetting, but then it only stays up for a few hours. The Internet light on the router is either off or amber...

Anybody else experienced anything like this?

I'm assuming your router is connect to the ONT via coax?

If so, the orange LED indicates you have a marginal connection to the ONT.

You can verify that by checking the MOCA WAN stats on your router.

How do I check the MOCA stats on my router

This is usually a coax or splitter issue, but can also be a bad ONT or router.
