I shipped back a Q"I"p 2500 STB because I replaced with a HD Box - I have proof of delivery however the returned box is still showing on my account. How long does it take to remove from the "my settop boxes " link. I just want to make sure i do not get billed for an additional box when all I did was switch one out. I will be checking my next bill carefully
