Hi, sorry if this has been talked about before. Why can I log into my account but when I try to log into webmail it says it's invalid. That is insane, if I can get into my account wouldn't I use the same name and password to access webmail?
depends, verizon.com and verizon.net use different user name's and passwords, unless you made them identical to one another. so if you logged into your account at verizon.com it would most likely be different log in credentials at verizon.net
they are seperate domains and seperate websites so they are not linked in that way.
