Need help! Someone here ordered porn need to know which box it came from

I just looked at my billing inquiries and have seen someone has ordered a lot of adult features, and even ordered the playboy channell!!!

I - how did they even get authorizations since it's my account

2 - I have 4 boxes here and wondering if Verizon can tell me which box DIRECTLY ORDERED IT!

If it's the main TV box i will be **bleep**!!!!

Please help me because someone needs to pay for this because I sure as hell am not!

I would call into tech support and see if they can't look it up possibly. This is a peer to peer forum and even though some Verizon employees browse the forum and help out sometimes, it is mainly for customers to help other customers.

Give them a call and see if they can figure out which box it came on, they can probably even see the duration it was watched as well -- I'm sure if it was an accident a credit wouldn't be difficult to get from the customer service department either. Unfortunately they are closed right now.

For future reference you may want to set a parental control pin and then set the option for a PPV PIN. That would stop anyone else from ordering any PPV and if the parental control is set to exclude adult, no one could order it without the PIN.
