Intrnet Network conetion

I can't connect to my network using the asigned IP; VERIZON asks for a user name and a password. I tried my user name, but for the password, every time I tried, for each letter I typed, several character dot appeared. Do I need a diferent login user name and password?

The multiple dot is just a silly security precaution designed to confuse people looking over your shoulder.

Not sure what you are trying to do that you are being asked to logon. The basic FIOS internet connection does not require a logon. This forum does, but apparently you succeeded in logging in or we wouldn't be seeing your message.

I want to connect from outside, to my home network using the IP that I get at home "whatismyip", but when I intent to do it, Verizon ask me to log in, I did use my user name and password but can not get in

I believe you will first have to do some configuring on your router in order to connect. You will have to logon to your router to do so. Open your router at http://192.168.1.1 and enter its id and password.

By default its login is admin and the password is set to the value on the sticker. Note that a reset of the router will reset it to admin and a password of "password".

What has to be changed depends on what software you are using. I am not familiar with the one you mentioned, but in general you will have to set up some port forwarding rules. In some cases sample rules are in the router and just need to be activated.
