Quick couple of questions...

I had FIOS installed a week ago and was given the 6416 model DVR's. I took them to my local Verizon store today and swapped them for 2 new 7232's. They are activated and working great.

1) The 2 I returned still show in the My Network map. Is there a way to delete these?

2) Also, they still show under Set Top Boxes on My Verizon page. Will they disappear on their own or is there a way to delete them as well?

1. You may want to unplug the DVRs' power, cycle power on the router, wait for the internet to come back. See if they are still there. Plug the DVRs back in.

2. It usually takes a day or so for the My Verizon page to update. Being a weekend it may take a little longer. Unless you call and annoy them. Tech support used to be able to push these changes through, but that may have been taken away from them, being sales related.

3. I hope you did get the paperwork showing your return of the older DVRs. The stores may not get them back to the warehouse quickly for credit, and this will help with #2 above.
