Been having intermittent connection/speed problems with my FiOS Internet service for the last couple of months. Tech support is no help as the problem is intermittent. Problem does seem to occur most often after I initiate a Skype video call. After about 30 seconds, connection is dropped to the extent that I lose my Internet connection. The connection is automatically restored after about 15 seconds, but the damage is done. Generally, I have good down/up speeds (20M both directions), no packet loss during tests or in the router log. Anyone else see this problem?
