Pixelation Breaks Up

On certain channels (570 and 574) the pixlation seems to break-up (parts of the picture break-up). Not sure if it is the box or something outside. I have checked my cable at both ends and it seems to be fine. Plus the cable wire is very new. This issue started a couple months ago and it is not on every channel. I live in MD so not sure if anyone else has this issue. Plus I live in a condo building so not sure if it is an issue outside or not. I am not sure if anyone else in my building has FIOS and is having the same issues.

Should I call the tech to see if they can come out to take a look?

Check all cable connectors for tightness, even ones not connected for TV. i.e. router, splitter, etc.. A loose one can introduce electrical ''noise" into the whole system. Check them all the way to the ONT box.

Ask your neighbors if they have any problems with those channels.

In any case, if you still experience problems, call Verizon for repair service.
