Hey guys, anyone have a solution to this issue? I am not getting a credit when I try to redeem my free Amazon Echo. I talked to a Fios rep a month ago who told me he would get the issue resolved, never heard back. I chatted with a Fios rep online a couple days ago, she told me it was Amazon's fault. I just contacted Amazon, they told me Verizon should be able to fix it for me. Any help would be appreciated, I feel like I am just getting the run around from everyone!
