Not sure why I don't have Disney +. New Fios customer as of Jan 27. Is there an easy way to get it added to my account?
You can call 1-800-VERIZON and try to speak to a phone rep.
my question would be, did you read the confirmation emails sent prior to getting your service? It would be mentioned in the emails.
if not in there the special may have expired or been withdrawn.
I don't have it either.. tried to pull it up but not there
