We went with Verizon Fios mainly for the $200 prepaid giftcard. Recieved services in Oct'19 ...they say they sent giftcard on 5 different occasions, and the address was wrong, so I gave my mothers address, here we are a month later, still no giftcard!! **bleep**!! Not to mention, the 10 times i have had to open my chat for incorrect charges made to my ACCOUNT. I spend more time with Verizon's support then with my own family. I have never been more disappointed with a company in my life!! I do not leave replies like this..so its that bad!!
