I am trying to get a ticket in to Verizon to come out an look at down wires from a cracked Verizon pole that is about to fall over. The wires are laying on my neighbors driveway and I can't see to get to anyone at verzon that can open a a repair ticket. They transferr you to a # that you sit on hold for hours and no one ever picks up. How can I get a **bleep** pole replaced????
