All Right Im getting Verizon Fios TV this monday and i have a TV Tuner Already and i want to know if anyone can give me the steps on how to set the TV tuner with the fios box

It is a bit unclear what you are asking, but here is what I think you are asking. The built-in TV tuner is superfluous in a typical VZ setup where the STB tunes the channel and sends it to the TV, which is acting merely as a receiver. The STB is usually these days hooked up to the TV by HDMI cable or component cable plus audio. One would then select via the TV menu such as "Source" or "Input" something like HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc (or component 1, component 2, etc) depending on which connection you ulitimately chose. If your TV has a QAM tuner you can get a limited number of channels without a STB/DVR/cablecard. Normally you will use a STB/DVR. Unless your talking a very old TV, do not connect the STB/DVR via the TV's tuner. Never do so for HD TV's as only a SD signal goes out from the STB/DVR to such connections For such old standard definition TV's you can select a NTSC (not ATSC) analog channel 3 or 4 to output to. I believe the default is 3. But even if using a old TV, consider using another type connection if it has one. The generally preferred order

hdmi
hdmi to DVI-d cable and optical audio connection
hdmi to DVI-d and rca audio connection
component video (3 cable green, red and blue) and optical or rca audio connection
shvs and optical or rca audio connection
composite video and rca audio connector
coax to NTSC tuner
