Our DVR just deleted several shows we were saving because we have not seen them yet. It says they were deleted to make room - but it deleted like 8 hours of TV shows and now we have 69% space - why would it delete that much? How can I recover these shows - they do not show in the recently deleted because we did not delete them- the system did. Please help. Thank you

There are some instances I have seen where the DVR's are not reflecting the correct amount of space and then causing things to not record or erroneous deletes. I have seen much less reports of these since the latest program guide update. In case you are having this issue please perform the following steps. Press menu, then go to CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then IN HOME AGENT, then SET TOP BOX AUTO CORRECTION. If you are still having troubles after trying this please let me know.
