Essentially, I'm having the same issue at the person who wrote about their fallen overhead cable being cut by the PSEG, the only difference is I was able to get an appt with a Techician to arrive between 1-3pm today, which I recieved several texts from Verizon to confirm the appt. That never happened. I waited and I also called many times throughout the day, but no pick up at all. Very frustrating situation, no response either through text or call.
