Sometimes the sound on a particular channel or two goes out for a minute or so. If I toggle thru other channels or shut Verizon box off the sound comes back on - what's the issue here and the fix? A new box?
I am sorry to hear that the sound is going out on you. Does the picture ever break up into squares as well? Is this only happening on certain channels? Is this an HD TV using an HDMI connection?
