Cisco set top box freezes

My Cisco set top box model CHS 335HDC is connected to a Sharp Aquos 1080i LCD TV. Often the box will freeze up and it will not respond to the remote. I've tried multiple remotes with no luck. If I switch boxes the problem seems to stay with the Sharp TV. Has anyone heard of any issues with Sharp Aquos TV's not being "compatible" with the FIOS boxes?

I havent heard of this happening. Have you tried a different connection type instead of HDMI? Try using a component connection. This will give you just as good quality video.
