Hello, I'm new to FIOS TV Online so I'm a bit unsure whether it is a simple matter of logging in and choosing the stream to watch. Let's say I pick tbs or some other channel from the https://media.verizon.com/media/TVOnline.aspx site. Nothing plays, channel slideshow just continue without a hint of whether my PC needs special software or settings.
I could not find a FAQ or simpler User Guide for the FIOS TV Online service. So, is PC, MAC or android tablet supported? Do I need Flash installed (tried that)? You have a nice website for TV online but is just doesn't work.
