Why does the guide for foxnews on channel 618 in my area say at 10:00 AM Jon Scot and Jane Skinner are the host. Jane Skinner has been gone for almost 2 years. How do I get Verizon to correct this and many other errors on the guide?
Verizon can't ... they simply get the guide data from an external provider (think it's "FYI") and those providers get their informationfrom the channel providers. So ... if it's consistently wrong, it's likely that channel provider is feeding them bad information. Although the provider of the guide data to Verizon is known to be consistently inconsistent in the quality of their informatin (a search of the forum will turn up numerous complaints and suggestions that Verizon move to a different provider).
