I have an old Verizon bill that was placed on my credit. The bill was settled in June 2019 but still remains on my credit. It was sent to Debt Recovery Solutions collection agency. I have contacted the collection agency several times asking them to remove the information from my credit but they said original creditor won't let them. What can be done to get this removed? This is the only negative mark on my credit. Please help!!!
