Has anyone had any luck redeeming their free Amazon Prime or Echo? I signed up for FIOS and waited the 31+ days. I have tried clicking on the link that is supposed to walk me through the process of redeeming my code for my Free Amazon Prime account and then Echo, but I keep getting a message that the code has already been used. I was on hold for over 2+ hours with FIOS (chat and live customer service) and with Amazon. When talking to folks at FIOS, I kept getting transferred from one department to another because I "wasn't talking to the right department." Amazon said it was an issue with FIOS, so they gave me a number to call and it was the wrong number, again. Anyway, I have not been able to get in touch with anyone who can help. It seems like a big SCAM to me!! Did anyone have the same problem and any luck getting it resolved?
