Verizon Home Agent has been down all day and the DVR will not self correct either in Zip Code 18102.
Does Verizon know about this problem and when is Home Agent going to be up and running again,

You may be able to get it to be fixed by calling 1-800-verizon. You may not even have to talk to anyone as automatic options may detect and let you send fixes to the box.
May be your DVR has lost its connection. Unplug it and reboot. IF that doesn't work you may have to get more aggresive and reboot ONT and router.
