I'm having some work done on a basement wall where Verizon equipment is installed. How can I get a hold of some one at Verizon to arrange this?
You have to call 1-800-Verizon and schedule a technician visit. This will be a chargeable visit to move equipment.
That gets you an automated system. I need to talk to a live person. Their automated help didn't help.
Yes it's the main number and you have to go through the automated system to get to someone. Verify your identity with phone number or account number and say Tech Support and Repair when prompted.
