Hello! I'm making a switch to verizon from At&t and I'm bringing over 5 lines and 2 tablets. There's a deal going on with the "bring your own device" and get $250 per line and $100 per tablet. I've heard some people never getting their cards, I want to make sure it's all done right.
If I do the switch with a phone agent will the deal still be valid? Or needs to be online only?
