Fios hd channels

I have been having problems with some hd channels not coming in at all and others become pixelated with audio problems. With preseason football on it's starting to upset me. Anyone have a fix I can do before getting a technician, already troubleshot it.

The thing you can do is check all the TV wire and connections. Hopefully you didn't reuse old wire that may not be able to carry the signal.
