Have had FIOS for 2 months & everything was good until now. The sound is out of synch; doesn't match the peoples' mouths. Have tried to reset the STB (pull out the plug & wait a few minutes before plugging it back in) & this only temporarily fixes the problem, if any at all. Have had to do this 4 times since yesterday. Resetting doesn't always work. Not sure what the problem is. Can someone please help??
