I've been trying to get my $100 amazon gift card since April! Everytime I call or IM with a customer service person I'm told that it's either been mailed out (which I never got in the mail and have been checking religiously for months) or that a gift card code has been sent to my email and to wait 24 hours and to check spam folder (the email never comes) IS THIS A SCAM? I'm getting very frustrated. Do you give people the run about so they forget you owe them the promotional item that was promised when a contract was signed?
