The Fios Screen Caller ID has NEVER Worked consistently at our home. I have called tech support over 30 times. The Tech Support resets my boxes only to have the correction last for a short time. The last contact with Tech support was yesterday (12/17/11) lasted less than 24 hours. Today the problem returned, again non operable!
In addition the local competition has been coming door to door trying to get former customers to switch back to their service. They promise the world.
However unlike Verizon ; which sems to show no customer loyality, I would like to remain a customer. I would love to have this issued resolved once and for all !
