I'm having login trouble with the forum.
Whenever I try to post a message on the forums I'm asked to sign in. I opt to use my residential user id and password. (This same login and password works just fine for all other Verizon services.) After I enter that, I'm redirected to a screen entitled "User Profile Information". It's already populated with the correct data so I click Submit. After I submit, it returns to back to the forum and it shows I am NOT logged in. If I log in again this cycle repeats and I never show as being logged in.
This is an ongoing problem since May. I've had several Verizon people promise to help, but here, 5 months later it still doesn't work.
Can anyone help!!??
