Safety Issue - Verizon Damaged Utility Vault

Good morning. Verizon should really have a number to call for their infrastructure issues. This damaged utility vault by my residence is so full of water that it actually floated the lid off into the street. The lid was never fastened to the box. The box has enough water in it that if a small kid falls into it they will drown or possibly be electricuted. Verizon please immediately Water in Verizon utility vaultLoose lid floating on water in utility vault.step up and be corporately responsible on this issue.
