We have sound, but no picture, several times a week lasting from 5 to 20 minutes. What can I do? I have checked to make sure the wires were tightly secured a number of times. TeePee
are you using HDMI to connect the cable box to your tv?
Try resetting the cable box by going to www.verizon.com/repair and hit quick fix for set top box. or just unplug the power for the cable box when it happens (20 seconds is long enough) and then put it back in.
