About a half an hour ago my set top box started showing the wrong time. It is currently 2:14 and my set top box shows 1:56.
I tried the Reboot and Auto Correction in the In-Home Agent with no luck. Is there a solution for this problem?
hi there, first try the quick fix stb on the website www.verizon.com/repair if that doesn't work, check with chat support. they may be able to fix it remotely.
