Request to cancel a refund check

Hi, I’m currently unable come back to U.S. due to the travel ban. And it’s expensive for me to make international call to contact your financial team. Therefore, I have to post this thread here for help.

Last week I have learned that there is a refund check which is on the way. I’m wondering if I can request to cancel this check because I cannot cash that check. Regarding to the refund money, can it refund directly back to my bank account? Thank you in advance.
