My son bought a new hdtv and he has the cable box I believe not for hdtv. What do we do to get the hd box?

You can go to Verizon.com sign in and under account actions on the right hand side select TV-add return equipment select that you want to return some equipment (the standard box) then scroll down and select the new box that you would like to receive. Then you can have the box shipped to you. If you have any questions or need any help please feel free to reach back out to us.
