I have a safety hazard in my driveway with a gray pedestal phone box. It has been hit several times by delivery trucks and there are wires exposed and I am afraid that someone will get hurt or killed if not taken care of. When I contact verizon, I am repeatedly asked for my phone number. I have no service with verizon, and therefore no phone number. The on-line chat has also been NO help. This is a huge security and hazard risk and needs to be removed as soon as possible. Is there someone that can help!?!
