How can I get an abandoned "Verizon" pole removed?

Can anyone tell me how I can get a utility pole removed?

I have a utility pole (#68630) in my front yard in Northern NJ, that is no longer being used.

During a storm in 2018 the last "un-used" Verizon lines were pulled off so there are no utilities using it. There is a pole next to it that carries all the areas other services.

I have been told that the last utility that used the pole is responsible for its ultimate removal, so I believe that would be Verizon.
