Damaged utility box

Sevral utility boxes in our community have been damaged during the recent snow storms and heavy winds. There are exposed wires and I would like to make Verizon aware of these issues so that they can come and repair the boxes as necessary. Who can I contact?

I tried to call Verizon on 12/16/2019 to report a damaged Utility box on 12260 Sunrise Valley Dr Reston, VA but I was told that I was breaking up with an undue attitude from the woman I spoke with. It is a safety hazard. Please get somebody to fix it.
