I recenty switched from Cablevission to Verizon with the promise of faster internet speeds.
I found out that HBO is not part of my package, even though I was assured it was by the sales person so I have tried to call customer support several times now, and each time waited 40-50 minutes before I gave up ..
Completely unacceptable and now I want to cancel my service and move back to Cablevision .. who has far better at customer service.
Now, If I could only contact someone to cancel my service !!!
