Cant Redeem $100 Prepaid Visa Gift Card

Has anyone been successful at receiving their $100 Prepaid Visa Gift card? Received an email saying it's ready for me to redeem. I click on it. I get an error. Went to the chat and they provided a link that comes up with Bad massages and I get nothing from it. Can someone offer any help? Thanks
