$100 Gift Card - No Link to Redeem

I am unable to redeem my promotional $100 Visa gift card using the instructions provided in an email sent to me by Verizon today. Specifically, the redemption link does not lead to a rewards tile as specified in the email (It doesnt exist anywhere on the page). Please tell me how I can redeem my promised $100 Visa gift card. Thanks.
