For about 9 months now I have been unable to receive any sports channels in HD. I have called Verizon tech support who informed me that the problem is a weak signal with ESPN, MASN and CSN. My question is, why is it that I have a weak signal when all of my neighbors in my building receive all of the channels with no problem? Isn't there something Verizon can do to fix the signal issue? Why am I paying for something I can't even use?
