Hi. I was promised $150 in prepaid visa cards for joining fios (one for $100 and another for $50). I received the email to redeem, but there is no "redeem tile" in my verizon account so I cannot follow on-screen instructions to register, as instructed in the email. I see that several people have had this problem. The replies only state the issue has been escalated, with no other advice. Please help.
