I am having the same issue...
After I purchased a rental VOD, I got a message that it could not be retrieved. I called customer service and they said that VOD is down on the east coast for the next 24-48 hours and transferred me to billing to have the charge credited. Once I got to billing, and they finally found my account after entering many different account numbers and phone numbers and address (crazy), they said they could not credit me until it showed up on my bill so they will notate my account and that I need to call back once it is on my bill. Not a very good system.
