I am unable to log into TNT Online, even though I am a Verizon Customer and subscribe to TNT. Verizon says that I'm not authorized because I'm not a subscriber. But I am. Customer service, on line and on telephone, say I am a subscriber and that I will have to talk to technical support.
I am hard put to believe that it's legal to call something "technical support" yet never answer the phone. I say once you've hit the sixty-minute mark on hold, you have done your bit and that your supplier is engaging in deceptive practices. There must be another way of getting technical support, if my set-top box were smoking I'd be in flames by now, or actually, the ashes would already be cold.
