Visa Prepaid Cards - Rewards tile not available to redeem reward

Hello.

I am unable to redeem my promotional $200 and $50 Visa gift cards per the instructions provided in an email sent to me by Verizon this morning. Specifically, the redemption link does not lead to a rewards tile as specified in the email. Please advise on how I can redeem my promised $200 and $50 Visa gift cards. Thank you very much.
