Utility pole needs to be replaced ASAP

Verizon,

Please come out and replace the utility pole in front of our house ASAP. You can see from the photo that the utility pole is leaning drastically to the side rather than standing upright. The supports that were added at the bottom of the pole several years ago are not strong enough. It is only a matter of time before the utility pole topples over onto a passing car or pedestrian and seriously injures someone, and takes out the internet, phone, and TV of our neighborhood.
