Schedule later recording when series are in conflict

How can I get the fios DVR to automaticallly schedule a later recording when 3 series are all in conflict with each other. For example, if series A, B, and C are all on at 10:00, but C is lowest in the priority list, can I get the DVR to automatically schedule a recording of a repeat of show C that happens to be on at 12:00?

Yes there are two ways of doing this:

Scenario 1:

Change your Series C recording options to record "First runs & repeats". This way when it gets bumped at your 10p slot, it will still automatically record the 12a showing. The drawback to this is that if the show as playing other times of day, they will be recorded also. This will cause you to have to go through and delete a lot of extra episodes of that series that are not needed.

Scenario 2:

If this series always repeats the same episode at 12, then delete your Series C you have in the series manager. Go back and setup a recording for that channel at 12a with the option "This time slot only" . This way it will only record that show when it comes on at 12am and you wont have to worry about deleting a bunch of extra shows. The draw back to this is that if the show doesn't air at 12, it wont be recorded anywhere else.
