new version dvr

I have wasted hours talking to employees at verizon armed with scripted responses yet nobody seems to know how to get on a list for a new dvr. They know its there, they haven't been given the scripted response. And even supervisors (Dave) don't seem to care about helping a customer. Maybe AT&T wasn't so bad!
